Information you send us
The Contact page prepares a message in your email application. The website does not receive or store that form submission. If you send the message, it is handled by your email provider and delivered to the Gazette mailbox; correspondence may be retained as needed to respond and maintain editorial records.
The newsletter form is a non-collecting preview. It does not submit or store email addresses. There are no user accounts or registration forms.
Browser-local storage
The Tasks planner saves task titles, descriptions, due dates and completion status in local storage for this website in your browser. The planner does not send these tasks to the Gazette or its Worker, and the data is not available to us. Anyone with access to the same browser profile may be able to view it. Clearing this site's browser storage removes the saved tasks. The site also stores your light/dark theme preference in local storage.
Website and publishing services
Cloudflare Pages and Workers deliver the site and automated editions. Cloudflare may process technical request information, such as IP address, browser details and request times, to provide and secure its services. See Cloudflare's privacy policy for its data practices.
The Gazette Worker periodically retrieves public RSS items and public-domain Bible text, stores published editions in Cloudflare Workers KV, and may send feed titles and excerpts to Cloudflare Workers AI to produce labeled summaries. The task planner and contact messages are not inputs to this publishing process.
Third-party content and resources
Pages may load fonts from Google Fonts and images from Unsplash. Links to publishers, the Bible API and other external services take you to sites with their own privacy practices. Your browser may contact those providers directly when loading or following their content.
Cookies and your choices
The Gazette does not currently use advertising or analytics cookies. Its theme and task features use browser local storage as described above. You can clear this data using your browser's site-data controls. Cloudflare or other service providers may use technologies necessary to operate or protect their services.

Where data-protection law gives you rights over information you have sent to us, you may contact the Gazette at protestantgazette@gmail.com. We may update this notice when the site's services or data practices change; the effective date above will be revised when we do.
